DELIVERY AND PACKAGING

All orders are carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier, depending on the total weight of the order. All orders over 2kg will be sent via courier. All our products are available by Mail Order throughout the UK. Carriage Charges apply to any UK Postal Address. We are happy to deliver worldwide, overseas orders please contact us for Packaging and Carriage Charges. We reserve the right to amend carriage charges as and when necessary. If any damages occur in transit, please contact us immediately (within 24hrs of delivery), we will replace any damaged items.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE AND ADVANCE ORDERING

This is dependent on the design, swift customer proof approval, and number of bars, however, we endeavour to complete orders within 7 - 28 days. The more time you can give us the better, if you have left it a little late, give us a call and let us know so we can prioritise your order. On receipt of Wrapper Approval and Order Confirmation we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. If you are keen to get your order in but do not want your order despatched for up to 6 months, place your order as usual and at the wrapper proof approval stage we will arrange a suitable delivery date. We suggest 7-10 days prior to your event.

FULL PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely on the website using PayPal at the time of ordering, or by Credit Card over the telephone, design proofs will not be sent until payment is received.

BESPOKE AND BLING

If you would like a wrapper designed to your specification please contact us to discuss your requirements, we will produce designs and prices for you. If you would like to embellish an existing wrapper, follow the How It Works instructions for Bespoke & Bling, or contactus direct.

WRAPPER PROOF, FOIL CHOICE & ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have chosen your design and message and paid for your order at Checkout we will send you an email proof of your design and ask you to choose gold, silver or red foil for your bars, usually 3 – 7 days after ordering. Reply to our email with your approval, or, if you would like to make any changes, this is the time to do it, reply with your changes and we will send you another proof.
On approval of your proof we will confirm your order together with a delivery date and commence production of your Chocolate Bars.
We will not start printing your wrappers until you have paid and we have proof approval.

PLACE CARDS OR BARS WITH MORE THAN ONE NAME OR GREETING

Please contact us to organise Place Card Chocolate Bars, we do not charge anything extra for different names on each bar. If you would like the chocolates attached to a small card for a place setting, please contact us for prices.

CHOCOLATE

CANCELLATION

Unfortunately we cannot offer full refunds as work will have taken place on your order, however we will refund 50% of your payment on condition the order is cancelled a minimum of 14 days before expected despatch.

COPYRIGHT

We cannot reproduce any image that is protected by Copyright without the Copyright Holders written consent. We will contact you if we forsee a problem with a design request.

SAMPLES

Please contact us and we will be happy to send you a sample bar.

NON-DIGITAL PHOTO’S AND ORIGINAL ARTWORK

If you have original artwork and non-digital photos you would like to use on wrappers, contact us. We will take great care of your originals and return them with your completed order, we can also use good colour copies if you prefer.

COLOUR MATCHING

Send us some samples for reference, if we have any problem matching we will contact you with possible alternatives, tones etc.

AVAILABILITY

All orders are placed subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately and will offer suitable alternatives.
We reserve the right to discontinue or change products due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for two reasons, to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

We will never share or sell your personal information to any third party.
