JULY 2010
It's been a busy few months here at Chocolate Blush, with the product range now varied and exciting and Trade Shows, Food Festivals, Farmers Markets, Cafes, Delis and Farm Shops all selling our chocolate products. Work has been happening on the website and we have our new look now up and running, the new products - currently showing on the homepage will all have their own pages soon and navigating the site will be much easier. All of the products are available with customer choice of packaging and decoration and a personalised tag for your messages or logos. And we can create virtually anything in biscuit! The Chocolate Animal Biscuits have been so popular we have produced them in Orange and Lemon Shortbread, and we've added Naughty Nibbles to the product selection - 4 delicious savoury cheesey biscuits; Parmesan & Chilli, Chedder & Thyme, Blue Cheese Crumbles and Walnut & Rosemary ....delicious

December 2009
In the New Year we will be adding the biscuits to the website. They will be in Vanilla and Ginger flavours dipped in luxury Belgian milk and plain chocolate, we will be using as many organic ingredients as possible and are hoping the Soil Association will give us Organic Certification. The biscuits will be in letter shapes A - Z, stars and hearts, to start off with. There will be a minimum order of 10, but we think these will work brilliantly as a Wedding Favour, you can have the bride and groom initials with a heart all wrapped in a pretty bag with ribbons and flowers, or just a simple heart for each guest, they will definately be a talking point! We will keep you posted.......
October 2009
THE BISCUIT EXPERIMENTS HAVE STARTED.....!
In the not too distant future, very soon hopefully, we will be offering Personalised Biscuits as well as Personalised Chocolate Bars. If we can avoid calling them Cookies we will.
Giant Letters handmade, hand-dipped and decorated with luscious chocolate as well as shapes. They will all be beautifully wrapped and packaged to give as fantastic gifts and they will make a fun, unusual wedding favour, with the first letter of the Bride and Grooms name together with a heart-shaped biscuit with the date of the wedding iced on in chocolate, all wrapped to match the colours and theme of the day.
There will be hearts, stars, flowers, aeroplanes, boats, numbers and of course we will take requests!
We are going to use as many organic ingredients as possible and the biscuits will be freshly made to order and delivered as close to the required date as possible, there won't be any additives or preservatives so they will have a best before date of approximately 4 weeks - going by the reactions of my friendly tasters it is very unlikely that any of these delicious biscuits will hang around for longer than an hour or two after delivery!!
We are going to start off with a Vanilla Biscuit and a Ginger Biscuit, with either Milk or Dark Chocolate and some decoration in both milk and dark and a little white chocolate thrown in for good measure. The range will expand very quickly and we are always open to special requests!
We have perfected the biscuit recipes, now we are moving onto the chocolate, and trying different types before we start on the decoration. I'll keep you updated. In the meantime don't forget your Christmas Personalised Chocolate Bars, perfect if you want to give a little bit more than a card, or even attach the bars to a gift, there are some great 10g Christmas Wrappers that you can use as a tag. Or give them to guests at your Christmas do, everyone loves a little chocolate, even better when it's personalised.
